COLORFUL TOMATO & BEANS MISO DIPPING NOODLES

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1 P)
1 pack miso ramen soup
1 bundle ramen noodles
100ml cold water (for dipping sauce)
1 yellow cherry tomato
1 green cherry tomato
A suitable amount of mixed beans
1 cabbage leaf (cut into cubes and boiled)
A little radish
A little pea shoots
A little red bell pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Use MY FURUSATO, SAPPORO-STYLE MISO RAMEN.
Slice the cherry tomatoes into rounds. Cut the cabbage into small cubes and boil.
Thinly slice the radish, remove roots from pea shoots.
Boil 800ml of water and cook the noodles for 2.5 minutes.
Add miso ramen soup to a bowl, mix with 100ml cold water to make dipping sauce.
Once noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water and drain.
Place the drained noodles in a bowl and top with ingredients from steps 2 and 3, mixed beans, and red bell pepper.
Dip the noodles into the sauce as you eat.
COMMENT(S)
Dissolving the miso soup in 100ml of water creates a delicious dipping sauce. Enjoy this refreshing dish with either warm or cold noodles.
