STIR FRIED UDON NOODLES WITH MyFURUSATO DOUBLE-FERMENTED SOY SAUCE



INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz. Udon noodles, 6 oz. ground pork

  • 4 cups of assorted vegetables – broccoli,

  • Spring onions, red peppers, pea pods

  • 2 tablespoons sake, 2 tablespoon water,

  • 1 tablespoon MyFurusato Double-fermented Soy Sauce

  • ½ tablespoon dashi or additional water

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of shoyu to finish



PREPARATION

  • Boil udon noodles as instructed, rinse and drain

  • Heat the vegetable oil in the large size of frying pan and stir-fry pork

  • Add vegetables and stir-fry

  • Add sake, water, shoyu, salt and pepper

  • Add udon noodles and stir-fry

  • Finish with butter and shoyu

  • Serve
