
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. Udon noodles, 6 oz. ground pork
4 cups of assorted vegetables – broccoli,
Spring onions, red peppers, pea pods
2 tablespoons sake, 2 tablespoon water,
1 tablespoon MyFurusato Double-fermented Soy Sauce
½ tablespoon dashi or additional water
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 to 2 tablespoons of shoyu to finish
PREPARATION
Boil udon noodles as instructed, rinse and drain
Heat the vegetable oil in the large size of frying pan and stir-fry pork
Add vegetables and stir-fry
Add sake, water, shoyu, salt and pepper
Add udon noodles and stir-fry
Finish with butter and shoyu
Serve
