FRESH SALMON WITH MyFURUSATO YUZU-PONZU SAUCE



INGREDIENTS

  • 350g fresh salmon

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

  • 2 tablespoons of MyFurusato’s Yuzu ponzu

  • 1 teaspoon of dashi or fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil



PREPARATION

  • Remove excess skin of salmon

  • Garnish with salt

  • Pour vegetable oil in pan at medium heat, then add garlic

  • Lightly sear all the sides of the salmon then remove from pan

  • Garnish with diced spring onions and grated ginger

  • Dress with MyFurusato Yuzu-ponzu sauce
