INGREDIENTS
350g fresh salmon
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of MyFurusato’s Yuzu ponzu
1 teaspoon of dashi or fish sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
PREPARATION
Remove excess skin of salmon
Garnish with salt
Pour vegetable oil in pan at medium heat, then add garlic
Lightly sear all the sides of the salmon then remove from pan
Garnish with diced spring onions and grated ginger
Dress with MyFurusato Yuzu-ponzu sauce
