JAPANESE STYLE GRILLED CHICKEN WITH MyFURUSATO SHICHIMI



INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken thighs

  • Salt: a sprinkling

  • Shichimi: 2 teaspoons

  • Soy Sauce: 1 teaspoon

  • Sake: 1 teaspoon


PREPARATION

  • Remove access fat and lightly cut the surface of the chicken.

  • Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken and let sit for 5 minutes.

  • Blend the shichimi, soy sauce, and sake.

  • Place the chicken on the grill and spread half the blended sauce.

  • Cook for 7-8 minutes, turn, and spread the remaining half of the sauce.

  • Grill for another 5 minutes.

  • Remove from grill, slice, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
