INGREDIENTS
Pasta: 100g
Ichimi: a sprinkling
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic: 1 clove (wedge)
Salt & pepper: a sprinkling
PREPARATION
Boil pasta in salted water
Pour olive oil, ichimi, and garlic and heat in a frying pan.
When the garlic changes color, pour the boiled pasta into the frying pan, while adding one spoonful of pasta water. Add salt and pepper and stir fry.
When the water evaporates, serve on a plate.
