KURUMA-FU AND COLORFUL VEGETABLES TONKOTSU RAMEN

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1P)
1 pack vegan tonkotsu ramen soup
1 bundle ramen noodles
300ml boiling water (for soup)
1/4 piece of kuruma-fu (wheat gluten cake)
1 asparagus
1 broccoli floret
A little red cabbage
A suitable amount of mixed beans
INSTRUCTIONS
Use MY FURUSATO, FUKUOKA-STYLE VEGAN TONKOTSU RAMEN.
Soak kuruma-fu in water and squeeze it well.
Boil asparagus and broccoli.
Boil 800ml of water, cook noodles for 2.5 minutes.
Mix soup base with 300ml boiling water in a bowl.
Drain noodles, add to bowl, and stir lightly.
Top with kuruma-fu, vegetables from step 3, red cabbage, and mixed beans.
COMMENT(S)
The 100% plant-based tonkotsu soup soaks into the kuruma-fu, making it juicy and flavorful.
