KURUMA-FU AND COLORFUL VEGETABLES TONKOTSU RAMEN



INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1P)

  • 1 pack vegan tonkotsu ramen soup

  • 1 bundle ramen noodles

  • 300ml boiling water (for soup)

  • 1/4 piece of kuruma-fu (wheat gluten cake)

  • 1 asparagus

  • 1 broccoli floret

  • A little red cabbage

  • A suitable amount of mixed beans


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use MY FURUSATO, FUKUOKA-STYLE VEGAN TONKOTSU RAMEN.

  2. Soak kuruma-fu in water and squeeze it well.

  3. Boil asparagus and broccoli.

  4. Boil 800ml of water, cook noodles for 2.5 minutes.

  5. Mix soup base with 300ml boiling water in a bowl.

  6. Drain noodles, add to bowl, and stir lightly.

  7. Top with kuruma-fu, vegetables from step 3, red cabbage, and mixed beans.


COMMENT(S)

The 100% plant-based tonkotsu soup soaks into the kuruma-fu, making it juicy and flavorful.
