SOY MEAT SHOYU RAMEN

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1P)
1 pack soy sauce ramen soup
1 bundle ramen noodles
300ml boiling water (for soup)
30g soy meat (crumbled and ready-to-eat)
1 shiitake
A little red bell pepper
A few pea shoots
A suitable amount of pickled shibazuke
A suitable amount of sliced chili pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Use MY FURUSATO, TOKYO-STYLE SHOYU RAMEN.
Thinly slice and boil the shiitake.
Thinly slice red bell pepper and shibazuke. Remove roots from pea shoots.
Boil 800ml of water, cook the noodles for 2.5 minutes.
Add soup to a bowl, mix with 300ml boiling water.
Drain noodles, add to bowl, stir lightly.
Top with ingredients from steps 2 and 3, soy meat, and sliced chili.
Use ready-to-eat crumbled soy meat.
COMMENT(S)
The soy meat soaked in rich soy sauce soup pairs deliciously with pickled shibazuke for a satisfying ramen.
